Fees
I handle everything for 22% of the nightly rate for nights booked
You pay for any item or appliance that the house needs to be a functional holiday rental.

My in-house cleaning team will create a set cleaning price that is split between both the guests and the owners.

I find this approach effective as it enables us to keep our nightly rates competitive and our cleaning costs appear low to guests, making it a more attractive offer.

The cleaning cost covers both the cleaning and the hired linen.

Optional add-ons
We strongly encourage all new properties to have professional photos. It makes such a significant difference to the listing. We are happy to coordinate this and meet with the photographer on the day. The price is approximately $350.
The presentation of your house is very important for the comfort and experience of guests. A well presented house will book easily and garner great reviews. The cost depends on the scope of the project.
All new properties must have compliance certificates. We can organise them at cost to the owner.
